Knotting, tying and layering It fascinates me to use any sorts of materials to make different surfaces and 3D textural objects. After learning that my preconceived ideas of textiles where wrong, that it did not just involve creating flowery patterns for cushion covers and curtains, and discovering that everything has a surface and texture, I found there is so much to explore in the area of textiles.
